About the Course
This course is designed to provide managers, specialists and other decision makers with a range of simple creative thinking techniques that they can use to generate ideas and solve problems at work. Real life work problems and opportunities are built into the course to generate ideas and potential solutions. This course also shows that different problems and situations require different implementable ideas.

- Recognising the differences between lateral and logical thinking
